Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for Law Enforcement
This advanced medical training prepares law enforcement officers and first responders to provide lifesaving care in the most demanding environments. Based on Department of Defense Committee on TCCC (CoTCCC) guidelines, the course teaches participants how to manage traumatic injuries during Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, and Tactical Evacuation Care.
Through hands-on instruction, students will learn to recognize and treat preventable causes of death such as severe bleeding, airway compromise, and tension pneumothorax. Scenarios are built around high-stress, realistic environments to mirror the conditions of active shooter incidents, violent encounters, and mass casualty events.
The program is delivered by physicians and instructors with backgrounds in military special operations medicine and tactical law enforcement. Successful completion provides certification through the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), endorsed by the American College of Surgeons and recognized by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
This course is ideal for police officers, SWAT teams, federal agents, and other first responders who may be called upon to provide medical care while under threat. Graduates will leave with the confidence and skills to save lives when seconds matter most.
