SERVICES

Our Core Services

🔹 Training
We coordinate and deliver lifesaving training—including CPR, AED, Bleeding Control, and tactical first aid, tailored for law enforcement, veterans, and community responders. Through partners like North American Rescue, we ensure our front-line heroes get the tactical medical training they need to protect others and themselves.  We also coordinate services for PTSD awareness and suicide prevention after agencies experience a fatal officer involved shooting (OIS)

🔹 Street Outreach
Our Civilian Assistance Teams (CAT), are made up of local church groups, a variety of local VSO's and at times we will include an EMT/Medic which helps provide basic medical aid at street level, as well as clothes, food vouchers, and support to the unhoused, at-risk veterans, and vulnerable populations across Kansas City. We partner with local Veteran Service Organizations (VSO) to bring care directly to those forgotten or left behind.

🔹 Boots to Business
This program helps transitioning service members and first responders discover new purpose through real estate education and mentorship. We equip them with tools to build careers that continue their service in civilian life, guided by discipline, leadership, and community values.  Contact your local TAP office for information.

🔹 Emergency & Crisis Response Funds
When disaster strikes, whether its a natural disaster, medical crisis, job loss, or family emergency, 38Bravo steps in with rapid assistance funding. Our emergency funds exists to stabilize lives, restore dignity, and ensure no hero is left without support in a time of need.

🔹 Community Events
We host mission-driven gatherings, from veteran retreats and an annual LE/MIL Range Days to BBQs, farmers markets, and family-focused events and retreats. These aren’t just about fun, they’re about connection, healing, and reminding our heroes they’re not alone.
